Hi, I'm Jason Mei! I entered the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign as an Information Sciences major, but I graduated in May of 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with highest honors. I've grown up working with robotics, from the First Lego League in elementary school, all the way to my current presidency of the largest robotics RSO on campus, iRobotics.

Activities
At UIUC, I'm primarily participating in combat robotics, as well as doing design work for other clubs. As the president of iRobotics, I try to involve myself with practical robotics development as much as possible. If I'm not being productive, working on my passion projects, or drowning in my schoolwork, I enjoy playing video games, performing and composing music, and being bad at volleyball.
